About BZZT Media
Founded in 2006, BZZT Media has been through a couple of incarnations. For six years, BZZT Media has offered a variety of services including; web & print design, online media promotions and management, video, radio and event organizing.
Additionally, BZZT Media was a co-owner of NONCO Media, L.L.C., publisher of the local art & entertainment magazine, NONzine, from 2006 to 2009.
Having found our niche and specializing in what we do best, BZZT Media is now a very capable and community-connected promotions and multimedia company.
Adrian Fallwell
Starting with Photoshop in 1995, I have experience with most Adobe software, currently using CS6. Designed web sites since 1998. Experienced in both print and online.
2006-2009, co-creator and publisher of a bi-weekly, tabloid, art & entertainment magazine called NONzine. Jobs performed include Manager, Editor, Sales, Distributor, Designer, Writer, & Webmaster.
2007-2009, created a weekly online radio show called NONcast, which highlighted independent and local bands, songwriters, and even comedians. Interviewed musicians, recorded live performances, and produced feature content and commercials. Features would often correspond with articles in NONzine at the time.
Played drums for 30 years live, as well as in-studio for several bands, most notably Love Button and Ambassador Bill.
Alison Pharaoh
In 2000, I became the co-founder and executive director of Acts of Kindness Foundation; a non-profit lending library of medical equipment, such as wheelchairs and handicap safety devices, for the indigent, disabled of Oklahoma.
During my 10 years at Acts of Kindness, I organized large-scale events, secured grants and corporate sponsorships and… generally learned how to promote a business, to just the right people, without breaking the budget.
As a large part of my duties, I performed regular public-speaking events. Most people hate public speaking; I love it! This is how I discovered my love for using the spoken word to capture, entertain and persuade an audience.
In 2010, my time with Acts of Kindness came to a close and I came to a fork in the road. I chose to build on my strengths and go back to school to pursue a diploma in radio broadcasting- the ultimate use of the spoken word.
In school, I found that my experience in the non-profit sector gives me a unique vision on how to choose and shape my words for the best interest of an individual business, of any kind- especially when writing the script for their on-air commercial. But most importantly, I learned to record those words in order to reach a much wider audience than I ever could have as a public speaker.
My new love became audio production. I celebrate every time the perfect words and descriptions come together with the perfect delivery and production. I truly believe that there is no better way to convey a message.
After graduation, I joined forces with Adrian Fallwell and became a Partner at BZZT Media.
